Victorio S. Oberiano
The late Victorio "Vic" S. Oberiano is shown with fellow U.S. Navy contract workers in their Quonset Hut barracks in Camp Roxas. Oberiano worked as an electrician for the U.S. Navy during the post-WWII reconstruction of Guam. He married Florita, now a retired Guam public elementary school teacher. Other relatives who were U.S. Navy contract workers residing in Camp Roxas were his wife's paternal uncle Benjamin C. Simeros and his first cousin Restituto Catedrilla. (Photo courtesy of Florita S.
